Overall, my stay at Socialtel Cuenca was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, being close to the main Plaza De San Francisco and other attractions. However, the noise levels on weekends were quite disruptive, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. While the facilities were decent, with a great outdoor terrace and fast wifi, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the limited kitchenware available.

I found the room to be cozy, but it lacked the charm I expected, feeling somewhat cramped and basic compared to the pictures. I didn't have hot water during my stay, which added to my discomfort.

The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. However, I did encounter some issues like not being provided amenities like toiletries unless specifically asked.

The hostel's central location was a huge plus, situated near many great dining spots and shops. I felt safe walking around, even at night.
Dining

Dining options were okay, but I had high hopes for the breakfast. It included a fixed menu that limited how much I could have, which was a bit disappointing.

I appreciated the common areas and the coworking spaces, which looked inviting. However, the kitchen was poorly equipped for the number of guests, making it challenging to prepare meals.

My stay at Socialtel Cuenca was quite an experience. The beautiful building, filled with art and located by the river, definitely exceeded my expectations. However, the noise from nearby clubs on weekends made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, I appreciated the central location and friendly staff, but the noise and some cleanliness issues were definitely downsides.

I had a lovely stay at Socialtel Cuenca, enjoying the beautiful architecture and great central location. The staff was friendly and helpful, though it was a bit challenging to communicate without Spanish language skills. I appreciated the spacious suite and the charming river view, but the loud music from nearby bars on weekends made it hard to sleep. Breakfast offerings were decent but could be improved.

My suite was spacious with a nice view of the river. However, I was warned that some rooms, especially those near the bar area, can be noisy on weekends.

My stay at Socialtel Cuenca was nice, with great amenities and a fantastic location by the river. However, my experience was slightly marred by some service issues and the kitchen's lack of supplies during peak times. Despite these downsides, the vibrant atmosphere and artistic decor made it enjoyable overall.
